I don't know the cause of this burn, it's just this leaf. Can I remove it?

Can I remove it? It is an autoflower in full flowering phase, and I have already removed some infected leaves in the previous weeks. It is the only leaf that is like this, it showed up 3 days ago immediately after watering it with just water.

Yes you can remove it. If you say its in flowering it could be that the plant has started eating its own leaf nutrients. Its hard to say without an image of the rest of the plant. I think its not that, I think its a potassium / magnesium clacium shortage. If it was was eating itself the lower leaf will start to turn more yellow. I think either your soil has become waterlogged, in this case let dry out until plants show thirst (foliage bit drooping). But I think its also a PH problem. If you can show rest of plant and pot, we can say more sure. Good luck!!
