Hola! creo que te pasaste con los fertilizantes o el agua! alguna de estas cosas, o ambas, has utilizado en exceso. Si es agua, deja secar más el sustrato antes de regar nuevamente! si es fertilizantes, tendrás que reducir los fertilizantes o no fertilizar la próxima semana, si empeora, tendrás que hacer flush, depende de varios factores, en google podrás sacarte las dudas. En cuanto a las manchas en forma de círculos pequeños tengo dudas, es una hoja sola? no veo el mismo síntoma en otras hojas! no sé que puede ser eso, podría ser gotas de agua que has dejado por rociar la planta muy a menudo y que la luz ha quemado la hoja por el efecto lupa que se hace con ellas, podría ser falta de calcium, quizás una plaga? Principalmente me enfocaría en las condiciones adecuadas de cultivo: temperatura, humedad, circulación del aire, altura de luces, regulación del PH del agua, EC si es posible, etc. El problema puede venir de muchos lugares, tendrás que brindar información acerca de tu cuarto de cultivo lo mas exhaustivo posible y descartar algunas posibilidades

I second exactly what @hashy wrote, he is spot on. To solve this give them plain ph’d water until things improve and in my opinion you really don’t need to be spraying them at this stage unless you have a bug problem. And if you do spray them right before lights out and leave extraction and fans on.

It looks like you may have nitrogen toxicity on the plant, dark green curling leaves. The rust coloured spots on the leaves could be from being misted and acting like a magnifying glass. Your not running a diary so it's a bit hard to fully help out.
