Hello! I think you might have overdone it with the fertilizers or the water! One of these things, or both, you've used too much.
If it's water, let the substrate dry out more before watering again! If it's fertilizers, you'll need to reduce the fertilizers or not fertilize next week. If it gets worse, you'll have to do a flush; it depends on several factors, you can clear your doubts on Google.
As for the small circular spots, I'm unsure. Is it just one leaf? I don't see the same symptom on other leaves! I don't know what that could be; it might be water droplets that you've left from spraying the plant too often, and the light has burned the leaf due to the magnifying effect they create. It could also be a calcium deficiency, or maybe a pest?
Mainly, I would focus on the proper growing conditions: temperature, humidity, air circulation, light height, pH regulation of the water, EC if possible, etc.
The problem can come from many places; you'll need to provide information about your grow room as exhaustively as possible and rule out some possibilities.
