To much light is a major part of the Bro Science, your plants can handle whatever you throw at them as long as your environment is on point, if your VPD is on, your, soil temp, and feed, your plants will take as much PPFD and DLI as you can put out...I guarantee you that your light isn't anywhere near as strong as mine and walk the light to them 100% from seedling and they love every bit of it...So keep your temp, humidity and other parameters in check and crank that light up, you'll thank me in the end

Turn your light up to 100% when you see signs of flowering if it's autoflowering or when you change the photoperiod. In the vegetative stage, 60% works perfectly. Good luck!

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the third week. The plants look healthy. If you don't have a lux meter, use the Photone app on your smartphone as a guide for the PPFD reaching the plant. It won't be exactly accurate because you're using your phone's sensor, but it serves as a guideline and is absolutely useful for comparing how much the PPFD is increasing when you go from the current percentage of the lamp to 100%. Good vibes!
