Mars hydro company problems

Does anyone have a direct contact for Mars hydro? My first order from the UK website was a nightmare as failed to notify me my item purchased was out of stock. Next I order from their eBay store topledfactory for them to send my item to the wrong location 200 miles away.

what is correct light schedule for indoor germination and seedling, and then transplant outdoors?I plan to grow a photoperiod plant outdoors from spring to fall, but the germination and seedling stages will be done indoors. Lights led vs hps cooltube Hi how are we fellow growers, here is my query, am using 2 hps 600watt cooltube in a 1x2x2 growtent,notice cold grow spots out of direct light, am I better using 3 400 watt cooltube, or changing to led, again looking full even coverage over entire area.
