Mars are fire hazards common for shorting out. My tsl 2000 shorted out at 12 to 13 months of use. Customer service is the worst. Plus very dirty cut corners business people I started using a viparspectra p4000 few weeks ago. Way better quality built plus better parts. Or there is quantum boards like spiderfarmer or unit farm.

If you want to try LED on a lower budget in a smaller setup. look at Mars Hydro, the SP 3000 series is real good. Or look at SPider Farmer. You can check out HLG for quantum boards in bit higher segment.
If you want American made, with warranty and service, check out Fluence.
If from Europe check out: easygrow lights.

Is that just a light burn or could it be something else?One bud in the middle of my plant is much lighter than all the others, which all look healthy and green. I think it was due to the too small distance of my light, which was only 20cm (8") between canopy and light. I have now moved the light to 35cm (14").

Light Burn? Mars Hydro TS3000 at 30% Power, 26 inches away per manual. I have since raised back to 30 inches.Is this light burn? I noticed some slight yellowing/crispy looking leaf at day 11. Light is about 30% Power, about 30 inches away. I previously had it about 26 inches and raised when I noticed this issue about 24 hrs ago. Pics are updated.
