Just to make sure my Lemon is doing alright

Although leaves look ok, my Lemon didn't do much in last couple days.
Do you think this is normal for a sativa (only 3inches)? It'll hopefully catch up but still wanted to get your opinion.
I hope I didn't do anything wrong with watering or it's not because of high temps?

Temps will slow them down 83 f is max temperature. Plus light distance will effect if plant needs to get taller to get more light. Good luck and happy growing 🌱🌱🌱

It is your heat. You need to lower your heat. Anything over 82 starts slowing them down, at 86 they will suffer and slow to almost nothing.

Runoff pH is high, plant is not vibrant green and there's a leaf deformity.Guys, if anyone knows, my coco runoff pH is coming out at a constant 6.8, should I pay attention to it? I feel like it should be lower and that's why the color is not as vibrant as it should be. Also, one of the leaves has a deformity, maybe it's genetic maybe it's my doing?

Pull a plant to maximize the others?Growing SSH in a 2x2x5 tent with 4 plants wasnt a great idea to start. Doing SOG method. 1 of 4 is really small n budding schedule is behind but she is budding. Willing doming this stunted plant help it recover from its early trauma? I have attached photos of progress from the past 2 weeksThis journal has become an experiment in the resilience of this plant. Growing out instead of up.Please help out! I moved it into a new pot and topped it last week as suggested.
Also new ViparSpectra light at 45cm away @80% power.
