How to Use Fulvic Minerals?

Organoman mentioned using Fulvic minerals a few days ago. How do you use them in soil? Do you apply a small dose with each watering/fertilizing or is it something you do only once or twice during the grow?

I use fulvic acid in small amounts each feeding, which could be every 10-14 days when growing with soil.
I usually have a routine of 2-4 irrigations with plan water, then a fertilizer application.
I use my fertilizers at 50-75% of recommended strength/dilution rate.
