Hi! Girls are looking healthy! I usually do my last heavy defoliation on week 4. Then from there on I will only remove leaves that are blocking prime bud sites to help fill in those lower bud sites. ✌️

Should I do a pre harvest defoliation a week before harvest?What are the benefits and consequences of defoliating a week before harvest? Is it good or bad? I have tons of foliage up top and need it to go away. It's too late in flower, but a week before will open up the canopy to the lower bud sites. Any and all help is welcome. Thanks!

Pruning damaged leave While my plant was acclimating one leave that stayed on the pot have been burnt due the intensity of the sun(my pot is grey so absorbs very much heat and light) I have to prune that leave or just let it go..
