A white substance has developed on all but one of the fabric pots that I am using. What is it and should I worrier about it?

I used to think it was salts as well, and it may be. However, someone else provided a better explanation: It's actually mold. Not the scary kind, but it's growing on the outside. Develops more with excess water. You can use iso to get it off, but I do this between grows instead of while the plant is still inside. Either way, it seems to make the bags breathe quite a bit less. Those pots don't seem to drain right.

Hi there, As you’re using fabric pots, all it is, is salt build up from your nutrients. As long as plants are healthy and showing no signs of nutrient burn/overfeeding, you’ll be fine and nothin to worry about. They look fine to me so keep doing what you’re doing. Looks like salts... Better go down with nutrients... This is saying '' enough food for me thanks ''... As long as it's not looking like moisture.. It's ok
