Hello ! I've seen many DIY kits including Quantum board with Lm301b leds for less than 100$ (around 80$) on ebay or amazon even on aliexpress . Hope it will help you 😁👍

Plants are 2 weeks old, approx 2 inches (5cm) tall in 3 gallon (11.5L) pots. I'm watering them with 1/2 cup (125ml) twice a day, and only around the base of the plants. Should I be watering 1 cup once a day? Am I under-watering? Do they need more water than what they're getting?Week 2
