Defoliate or not defoliate ?

Do not defoliate, specially on outdoor plants, the more leaves the better, as light is not directional from the top and the sun moves around the plant.

outdoors, no there is no need. keep training it a bit.. even that isn't really the same as indoors... if any one part gets ~8 hours direct light, it'll grow well and finish strong.

Defoliat smaller branch on autoflowerMy auto us in first week of flowering, and outgrowing my box. Did some defoliation yesterday, seemed to stop the rapid stretch a bit. I've just been taking big fans that get no light underneath or the ones covering bud sites.
