If it is a logistical issue then cut them both at the same time to hang them both in the same space , the consequence will be a narcotic weed for the #1 because it's what happens when the trichomes ratio is tending to be amber at 30% and I bet it's near from what you will have.
If you have a plan B for drying and another place to do it then cut the plant that is ready ... I mean she is ready , what could be a better reason to cut her ?
