Hey there ! Great question : basically trichomes take an average of two weeks to make THC, so there's very little you can do it increase potency in the final days. What you can do is encourage the production of terpenes , that's that flavour as you know ! so to do that what you can do is decrease the light in the last few days (like three days or so) before the chop. because the terpenes are volitile, even light damages them. Careful too giving a too long dark period before the chop, anything more than 24hrs and it will mess with the trychomes! Other things you do are start watering with some mollasses diluted in water (for a sweet, aniseed flavour) or flush with a chelation agent like humic or amino acids for the last week of flush. beyond that it's just boulderdask more or less. In otherwords more terpenes more flavor, so anything you can do to reduce their deterioration or increase their production is what you're looking for. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hi @dweemyss! Stress is known to increase resin production during the very last days of the late flowering stage, there are a few techniques you can look at: dark period, stem splitting, cold shock...it's up to you! Whatever technique you choose, please share the results with us! Happy growing 👊

Congrats on your grow, you have grown a monster! As for your question, on my last grow and this time around, I have added blackstrap molasses to the water while flushing. My last grow, I had some clones that I sent straight to flower and grew in coco coir, so at the end when I was flushing the plants I added 1 tsp/gal of molasses to experiment with what it would do. I had read about it online and seen arguments for and against it but I had to find out for myself. The results, all four of the clones had enormously bulky buds and had a sweeter taste overall after curing. I highly recommend it! Check out the following articles, they provide a great explanation. You can also look up Harley Smith, he is extremely knowledgable individual when it comes to cannabis.
