Best time is week 3— before the flower. You are past that, so now would be fine, but only a very light defoliation.

Never. Every healthy fan leaf you remove is taking away that surface area of energy that plant could be using to bulk up your buds even more I would only remove dead or dying leaves with auto flowers any stress in the early flower can cause big problems going forward in my experience anyway even my photo periods i will not defoliate until the first 25 days of flower cause i think the plant is already going through quite a large change adding more stress on top of that i just dont think is worth it for the result though thats just my opinion your plant you do what you want lol

I try to only remove a few fan leaves, by looking down from above and looking for opportunity’s to build bigger colas. Most of my grows the plants have begun yellowing or dropping leaves early-so I pull those off too just before they get gross. 🌱

Popcorn/ mini branches keep/remove?Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds?

Remove lower branches on this grow?Should I just remove the lower branches or keep them? They are getting pretty heavily shaded but I rotate the grow bag daily to expose the under canopy growth. This is the only plant I have ever not been able to LST the main Cola, I opted to top it and LST'ed the lower branches.5y ago
