Do you guys add flowering nutrients right after preflower?
personally i don't count the first 14 days as flowering
So what is the right way?
Right after preflower?
or
Week 5 after 12/12 (so 14 days preflower + 3 weeks into flower)
Always wondering how others do it

Personally I wait a week or 2 into flower before switching to flower nutes. I think veg nutes are more beneficial during pre-flower and early flower. But that’s me. Others may have different opinions.

Depends on how fertilized it's your soil. I start when I see the first signs of deficiencies, which happens usually after the stretch (aprox 8 weeks after sprouting) with an 11 liter pot.
But after stretch, which is where you are, is when the flowers really start forming and the need for P K increase
