If the seed supplier says "flower 9 weeks" and everything I read suggests 60 days in flower, are they referring to 60-63 days past switching to 12/12 lighting or are they suggesting 60-63 days beyond the first visible bud, or hairs, or what? IC a mix of amber, cloud, and clear.

they are refering to after the switch to 12/12 ... keep an eye on your trichomes though, that's really the only way to tell if you're ready or not. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hello dear friend Usually, when we buy a package of seeds, the producer is supposed to recommend an approximate harvest date on the package, which will be our first reference to be alert when the time approaches. This recommendation is important but is not a fact that is fixed, it can change according to the latitudes for the Outdoor crops and depend on the parameters of interior culture. One of the first signs of maturation of the marijuana plant is the browning of the pistils. From the moment that more than half of the pistils turn brown, it begins to reach the optimal point to be harvested until all the pistils are completely brown. In the first case, the grass is more psychoactive and in the second case, it will be rather intoxicating. In some cases, this system may be misleading because a dry wind or lack of irrigation could also lead to brownish pistils👍 You should watch your trichomes dude For this system, we would need a magnifying glass that enlarges at least ten times, but the most appropriate magnifiers or microscopes are 50x. The trichomes of the plant are observed to see if they have reached optimum maturity. It is when they have completely reached a kind of mushroom shape and at least half of them have already passed from translucent to milky and a low rate of these are amber that the time will come to pick up. It is certainly the most reliable of all systems to determine the optimal point for harvesting cannabis, but the ideal is to combine them so that you can get the best conclusions.🤐 Once we have analyzed all the factors and decided to cut, it will have to be done when the relative humidity is as low as possible to prevent the same moisture remaining inside the head and can cause mold. Then we will proceed to the cutting, whether of the whole plant or by branches ! 🌱 Yes yes branch by branch you do not have to harvest your whole plant even cut your buds always grow my friend😉 then will come the time to manicure cannabis. The manicure is to cut the largest leaves of the plant and the leaves without resin, then will come drying in a dark and ventilated place.😍 Good luck for your grow May the force be with you 💪

Mrs larimar has the right idea. Harvest your top buds which are almost ready and then adjust your set up slightly to finish the lowest buds off, no problem doing that! 🌱😁

@burnerac breeders flowering times are are to be taken with a grain of salt , what i mean by that is that they test under ideal conditions and have a vested interest in tempting buyers by giving flowering times that are sometimes a little too good to be true. The Only way to be certain is to check your plants trichomes for maturity you are aiming for all clouded with atleast 15-20% amber

Well the breeders suggestions are just to have orientation. If girls grow so dense and vigor like yours i would harvest in stages. Your growroom is pretty full and the light has no change to penetrate everywhere the same. So just harvest the "Ready ones" so the others gt more air and light to mature. I have to do it sometimes like this, if my grows overwhelm me ^^
