Germinating seeds in a shot glass

They all were dead none popped they sent me dead seeds

Growers Choice recommends the paper towel method but I lot several seeds to over watering during germination. The seeds would turn almost black and if they germinated I would get a short root and the seed died. Now I soak my seeds in water for 24-36 hours then I plant them in my soil and get much better results.

Shake the glass around till they fall to the bottom. If they float again repeat. Then on to the paper towel method for 24 hours. Yes that is the best method. Using it on several strains from several breeders I had 8 out of 9 germinate no problem! You spend a long time growing these beautiful plants. Why not spend a few extra days on germination. Patience is the key when it comes to gardening. I've tried so many shortcuts and been disappointed almost every single time (but some do work). You get what you put into it. Anyone can grow weed. But you need to be patient and educated to grow really good marijuana!

I ordered Skywalker OG from growers choice aswell. None of them popped. They were all duds. I no longer order from them.

I use the following method gives me 99,9% succes. In glas of water for 6 hours, then transfer to wet papertowel for 48 hours, seed germinates and u can plant into soil. For me it does take longer to germinate in water alone, maybe cause it doesnt really have to go to look for water? Anyone i hope for u they pop soon!

Give them a tap - it is usually surface tension keeping them afloat after a soak. If they have been in water for up to 18 hours then I would say go to paper or soil as you dont want them to stay in the water too long, just enough to soften up the shell exterior and try to start triggering a response.
