It has been 52 hours since her sit still in the glass of water and only tip of tap root came out. Are there any problems with her?

you only need soak 12-24 hours max then then transfer to a moist paper towel or cotton pads if you're not happy with the length of your tap root to let it grow a bit more. When you flood with water your tap root doesn't have to go looking for moisture. I don't even soak any more I usually spray a cotton pads with about 3-4 sprays of water on each pad place the seed in-between the two pads and place in a baggy and come back after a couple days. way better results than soaking. With the tap root being out like that I'd just throw it into your medium of choice and start it. Some genetics are slower than others. Check out the video link below and maybe give it a whirl. No. It looks fine to me. I’m NOT an expert, but I too germinated my seed in a glass of water and the tap root I got was about the same as yours. Take it out, place it into a moist starter cube like root riot, or rapid rooter tap root down and plant it. Mine sprouted out of the root riot cube in 16 hours. You can check my grow to see it from that point on.

You may drown it leaving her in water that long, if tap root out get it planted.
