That looks like a slug/snail trail. Check for them as some snails are tiny

Hmm guttation is when fluid is pushed out of the plant (root water pressure and various processes) I have only ever seen in on leaf edges and never on a weed plant and that was from wet soil and high humidity on a devils ivy.
Sorry I cant help more but might be worth letting the soil dry more and / or decreasing your rh some how.

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))
It going alright? I don't see much change in leaf size but they dfnitely grew a stem

Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.
