Topping/LST in same week or one week apart?

Hey! For me it all comes down to how healthy are your plants. If they're growing vigorously I go ahead and Top n' LST at the same time. Then as she grows I continue the process fast. It's worked great for me, they bounce back fast and it's less time lost training and waiting. BUT I REPEAT it all comes down to how healthy they are.
