Problème floraison

Bonjour je suis à peu près à 7-8 semaines de floraison , en extérieur , j’habite dans le sud de la France.
Le problème est que la plante ne grossit pas et les branches et feuilles meurent de jours en jours .. je n’ai presque pas de soleil lors de la journée. Que se passe t il ?

South of France... You should be ok with the light hours i think. So or the plant is getting almost done or it has some kind of lack of nutrients or water. Other cause could be low night temperatures, close to zero..

pot plant requires a lot of sun/light. If not approaching 21 DLI, it will shrink, possibly die.

Snapped branchI snapped 2 branches while training a few days ago.
I left them alone for a few days to see if they would recover.
They +- did but feel very unstable. Should I wait a few more days or just cut them off ?
