Can a seed grow without a helmet?

Do I have a chance? My seed got rid of the helmet without starting to grow a root, I can’t show it so as not to disturb her, suddenly she has a chance. When I discovered this, she was in the ground without a helmet and her root had just begun to grow from the main part of the emb

It’s fine. I’ve had helmet come off in paper towel and cup of water. Just went directly to substrate like normal and had no issues

Stick her in a 1/8" hole, cover it up, and give it a good pat. She'll see you in a couple days.

Nada de que preocuparse más que de no ahogarla jaja!! En este punto es mejor tener una humedad alta en el ambiente y sustrato ligeramente húmedo. Buenos humos!👌

Oh she's DEFINITELY got a chance! What a little trooper! Just spray to water her... you don't want to end up drowning the little one. You might consider putting some kind of dome over her that's slightly tilted so a portion of the bottom is not touching the soil... it will keep humidity in there for her but also allow some fresh air in so she doesn't rot... Going to follow this one! Rather interesting and exciting!

I would say yes its got a chance as most seedd lose the early anyway,
just try not to over water you dont want her to start with any problems

Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout?
