sorry i have to disagree with folks on this one. Defoliation during flowering is never recommended by any professionals. Exposing bud sites to light promotes lateral growth, but only during veg. for us growers, pllucking a few leafs seems totally fine, but for the plant it is actually a HST isnt it? so the best is to have flowering with no stress at all. Will the plant die? no. will defoliation improve outcomes ? also , no. keep up with the LST, that's the best thing for the plant. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Totally agree with DasBoof, what you are actually doing is what the man said high stress training. This will also encourage the lady to go herma on your ass and produce a lot of pollen sacks at the internodes....

I would use your net and limit cutting in canopy, trim up bottom. Leaves create the energy your plant uses to grow. You go cutting its power supply off in canopy it will effect your yield. I like to thin the canopy if needed. Good luck and happy growing 🌱

Yes it could be a usefull time to do so, both to expose buds to light and to hold back the stretching a little bit👌
