Do I need to give her a nice trim since she’s going into flowering? She’s getting pretty thick in the center and I want to get the best plant possible.

Would not lollipop will decrease yield. Would trim out lower 40 to 50 percent and thin out canopy some for good air flow. Wanna keep leaves so they produce energy for plant to develop well and more yield. Good luck and happy growing 🌱

I would only remove a few big fan leaves to increase air flow through the plant and leave it a few week before thinking of doing it again.

Define best?? There are 2 ways to grow plants....... grow with love and cause no harm, your plant will be happy and lazy and will take its sweet time, but it will be plump and ripe for the picking come harvest but will lack the consistency of a thoroughbred specimen. Then the question begs how far do you push a plant.............growing "THC potent" cannabis is about understanding the very fundamental rules that are defined within nature, creation, manipulating these laws and causing the organism undue stress until your essentially torturing the plant its entire life, breaking every limb to calcify the breaks, suffocating, drawing, boiling, chopping, mutilating, it never ends. Everything at the bottom of the plant will be useless plant material in 2-3 weeks after the stretch, start lightly defoliating even just 1 or 2 leaves per cola per day from the lowest parts that will very shortly be the least useful leaves for synthesis. :)

I would def put some time into the L.S.T first, open it up some before any defoliation. And when I defoliate always remember less is more!
