I had a similar issue few weeks ago when my plants where seedlings. I was watering too much and too often so that mould developed, and it looked just like that. I did remove as much as I could with a spoon. Additionally, I used hydrogen peroxide 3%, one table spoon diluted in a cup of water. I sprayed that once every 2/3 days, 3 times in total and the mould was gone ever since. I’m now at week 9 and I never had a trace of mould again. Hydrogen Peroxide is an anti-fungal and anti-bacterial product, so it will work. Be careful, this is a short term solution, you can’t use it for prolonged times otherwise you will hurt the plants. So use that 3 times, make sure you control the environment, and you will be absolutely fine 😉💪🏼.

If you're using organic "living" soil, there's some of the living part 😆 if you're not having problems with your girl I wouldn't worry about it too much, it happens, if it makes you feel better get rid of it but it looks like the top of many organic soil I've seen, especially very potent ones 🤟😁✌️

You soil looks like its has a lot of organic matter in it so this will allow certain mycelium to grow and break down the nutrients. It is a symbiotic relationship, I wouldn't worry too much. Let the soil dry out before watering. This will prevent other nasties from getting in there. I hope this helps, good luck and happy growing

In my experience mold like that isn't harmful but it does indicate too much moisture. The soil surface is spending too much time damp and there isn't enough airflow.

Hello it is not trichoderma. It is mold you have too much humidity with too low air circulation. You have to remove this soil on 1-2 cm . then try to bring more aeration. You scratch the top of your soil with a wood stick to bring more air. Good luck. Bye
