Hello all from luxembourg europe and newbie. I got everything setup with a small marshydro tent kit . Just have a question how to keep humidity high while running my inline duct fan every hour for 15 min. My setup is in a garage with a tubular heat element

For proper ventilation the fans need to be going the entire time your lights are on. Humidity levels need to be kept proper inside but it is hard to do unless you have your entire areas where your tent is with the proper humidity. Fans not needed in the seedling stage but once they hit full veg, then fans stay running.

Do any body have any experience in making your own carbon filter?Thinking about making one from two steel mesh "ovals" with +-2cm in between. Use some filtration cloth so the carbon don't go through the mesh. And will fill the space between the meshes with activated carbon used for this purpose. Do you think its going to work? ThanksSetup. ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm).
