Not even close. You dont need to defoliate until the lighting is being significantly restricted to lower portions of the plant. Normally 4-5 weeks for autos, and usually about 5-7 weeks for regs/fems (about a week before flower) and then a second time for regs/fems about 3 weeks in to flower

You need the fan leaves to absorb light to allow the plant the energy to grow, the only time you need to defoliate is when light is being obstructed to the lower portion of the plant when it seriously starts to fill out and get bushy

Should I defoliate during flowering outdoors?(Autoflower) Should I defoliate? I made the rookie mistake of doing NO defoliating or lst during vegging, cuz they were skinny then. What should I do after a pre-harvest defoliation? Dark period or harvest next day or 2?Pre harvest defoliation.
