Your plant looks close to harvest and gorgeous so don't worry. But trim those leaves off, discard them. I would blast the plants with a hose or shower before hanging them to dry. Maybe do some bud washing too too get rid of excess bugs or webs or eggs. Don't worry about neem oil this close to the end. It may taint the flowers and is mainly used to make a surface they can't feed on so would be pointless
Aphids, They literally suck the life out of your plant. Get some yellow sticky traps asap. Spray with soap water(not detergent). I would stay away from Neem oil as it can make your buds smoke harsh and taste bad. I have herd people that use it only on leaves and stems without having the negative effects with the smoke, But they were very careful to not put it near the buds.
Seen how to kill those bugs on "Starship Troopers" xD. Grenade their heads...with Neem oil.
Started as a joke but the end is true. Neem oil based products are harmless to plants and will smother those little pests.
SMC Spidermite Control is the one I found at my local shop. Worked with other bugs besides spidermites too.
Spider mites or thrips, you can use some foliar pest control; if it's just a few leaves, I would cut them off. Otherwise, use foliar pest control until harvest, which isn't far off.
