I'm stressing over LST. I believe it is time. Going to get some materials for it now. If you look at my latest video though you notice my first plan stem is super thick already at 19 days, did i wait too long for lst for that particular plant?

Flower Stretch and MainliningFlower Stretch Question When I flip to flower, she will stretch and about double in size. Does this include all the bare growth I have cleared off during toppings? ie, if the stalk at the bottom is 12" from the bottom to the start of the last topping, does that 12" count in?5y ago

Looking for opinions on a try of LST and a thought about taking off big fan leaves from the topHad a shot at LST training one of my girlfriend plants, just wondering opinion from people if it has been done correctly. Also had a thought to take off two big fan leaves from the top to get more light onto nodes, not quite sure if that would be good idea

What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
I feel I need to do some defoliation, but it will be 2nd HS technique, which contradicts the recommendations.
