Leaves changed colour

Isit me or am I right something is wrong? I have not fed her in a week (water) as the soil still feels damps and pot still feels heavy.

She looks good. I wouldn't water until the pot starts to feel light, when they are seedlings they don't need that much water.

How do I revive a dying plant?How can I revive this plant? My sister had it growing outdoors and the dog got to it. I decided to take inside. Organic IPM What do you all use for IPM? I got tweetmint, em-5 from BuildASoil & neem oil. I just tried a solution of neem oil, AGSil 16H & ThermX70…forgot to PH balance the solution so I came back & sprayed the leaves with a lower ph purified drinking water. I’m growing organically btw.
