When to stop LST with autos? I have no experience... they are in week 4 now and it seems like they have started to pre-flower. Should I continue LST throughout week 4 or rather stop and let the plants do their thing?

Because the plants will double or tripple in size during the pre flower stretch, the LST can be done all the way through to maintain an even canopy. Just do a bit at a time. Probably by week 8 you will have stopped Lst.

LST as the name indicates is LOW Stress Test, you can even do LST until the last week, dont be scared to guide your plant in whatever directions you want, just be sure to be careful and dont break any branches 😁🌱👍

By flowering I have 90% of my LST training completed. With the spurt of growth that comes with flowering (stretch) you might want to do a bit more but the bulk of training should be done by this point because the main stem and base portion of the branches are getting stiff and woody and don't accept bending very well. In flower you can do some minor adjustments but go easy so you don't break a branch.
