Rock wool cubes

Hi everyone this is my first grow and I’m not the most clued up lol. Any advice appreciated. I started in 1.5” then 3” rock wool cubes. I’m currently in week 4 , I plan to start flower at week 6 so Iv just transplanted into 6” cubes to see it right through. Will this be okay?

If you lower the light,you can control the stretch. Rockwool cubes are good,but i use them only to germinate 😊 make sure the never get too dry 👌🏽 Hope it helped.good luck 👊🏽🍀

Also my plant seems quite tall and bare for the age. Iv seen plants week 4 much smaller but more branches and fuller. Any advice as to how I get mine like that?

Drastic rise in ppm using top drip in hydroton Hey... i am having a problem with my top drip on hydroton (week 1). My ppm rises dramatically over a day and a half. Im talking 300ppm to 800ppm. Hydroton has been rinsed well before use. I have run dwc and rdwc before in hydroton without any problems. Anyone have an idea? Thank

Brand new coco shows PH at 4.5, plants in germination state I am germinating my seeds in coco. My coco shows PH of 4.5! That seems way too low! I tried to flushing with PH 6.7 water without any effect (see growdiary for more info). What should I do? Is something wrong with my coco?

Roaches in my new bag of Happy Frog soil.New grower. Swapping out my promix for soil. I wanted to make a mix of Happy Frog, Ocean Forest and perlite. My Happy Frog soil received via Amazon is full of roaches! Dumb question but is this trash now? How in the world do I return an open bag of soil to AMZ?!

Clay pebbles at the bottom I'm thinking using this like maybe an half inch in 4 gallon fabric pot - for better airflow for roots & to prevent overwatering. They absorb the excess well and give off slowly. Been doing this with my normal plants at home and it works well for them. Anyone with experience?

How do you wash your coco?I'd like to reuse my coco, so just wondering how some of you that use it wash yours in prep for another grow. I had issues with gnats so I want to be sure the coco is pest free before I use it again. I don't have lots of gadgets so tips on how to physically wash it wd be helpful
