Lots of people have used this and tend to like it a lot... but if you're going to be growing autoflowers, you'd be better off with something like ProMixHP that doesn't have any nutes in it - a lot of amended soils are just too rich for their finicky taste so with the ProMix, YOU get to decide what and how much and when... Photoperiods do very well in it but will need additional nutes within a few weeks... Good luck!

Whataretheeeeeese The soil holds too much the water and takes too long to dry up, no fan or temps will drop bellow acceptable, so besides taking advantage of the sun whatelse to do? They seem to hold well and have steady grow even without watering for 5 days... they dont need oxigen or what?

noticed the ph in the Pots is at 6.5+, something to do with the Hydroton. In order to balance it i had to drop the res PH to 4.0, but it constantly rises back up to 6. Using RO water Suggestions appreciated, will the Hydroton eventually stop having the ability to raise my PH?

How to get PH down Hi everyone Her run off water is around PH 7.1 so I'm watering this plant with 5.8 PHed solution (biobizz and ph down). Despite of it I am not getting down the run off PH. What should I do to solve this problem? PS - I have already flushed her with 2.5 liters of 5.8 PH water.

Problem measuring EC. Is it my measuring device? Or maybe my measuring method? Im very confused. Help please!!I ve performed several EC readings in water comming off my pot when I water and they always give very high values: 3.5 to 4.5. People told me it shoudnt be higher than 2.5. First time testing PPM and slightly panicked :c Runoff was at 2200PPM. I flushed her with 5L of pH 5.8 water. I got the runoff to 1000PPM where I left it. The pH was at 7 though and was higher than before the flush. Why is that? I always pH before watering. Also, is the flush going to cause trouble for her? I kind of panicked.
