See still hasnt broken the surface after 3 days

My seed from 2 fast 4 buds has been in the soil for 3 days after a successful germination but I'm yet to see her show her head?? Iv never had an auto take this long is it normal or am I waiting for something that's never going to happen?

5 days I would start to worry, 7 days I give up. Moon phases can slow germination, especially during the last quarter.

After 2 days I always dig for it. :) Sometimes they just don't get the direction, as they always choose the way of smallest resistance.. Good luck, tell us how it went!

it can take anywhere from 3-7 days to pop your in the green still

I got nervous when you said it germinated. That makes me think you used the paper towel method. It is easy to damage the tender root when planting. Still, 3 days is not terribly long. 5 days I'd worry and at 7 days I would ever so carefully pick away at the soil with a toothpick and see what's going on.

I think it could take longer depending on the condition of the seed and the genetics. I had a seed just recently take about 11 days to germinate directly in the soil and I had figured it would only need about 6-7 with that method but I was wrong. Give it some more time as it may just need it.
