PPM levels in organic soils to high for seedlings and Veg. stage?

I've read several places that you want them low during seedling and we'll into veg. and a lot of places advise on foxfarm happy frog. I did a test just to set a base line and my ppms are close to 1000 right out of the gate. If the ppms are to hi, why would they advise this way?

That's one of the reasons I stopped using fox farm line. Not organic, but they state it is on bottle and way too strong in many cases. Nute company needs to sell more nutes. My first diary here is made still with fox farm, I ended up using 1/4 of recommendations. All the best !!!

you should start your seedlings in a mix that is not full of added nutrients such as a good quality potting mix or something along those lines , even older soil will suffice then once the plant has grown a bit and has several sets of leaves you then transplant it into your fox soil
