Hydro problems.. Root rot?

Running hydroponics for first time.. My ppm was a little high so it my first water switch if got everything in line but it has a small growth of root rot im guessing? Should I cut the brown out or should it correct on its own.. Not sure why it happened other plant doing awesome

I agree with @Roberts, But only if your running synthetic nutrients and not organic. Since the hydrogen peroxide will kill the good as well as the bad. If your organic then doing a 10 min peroxide bath should help clear it up and not cause to much of an issue.

Add a little 3 percent hydrogen peroxide regularly. I do a ml to bucket. Root rot will smell a bit in there as well. Give it a little every 3 to 4 days and you should be golden on warding it off and no more issues from that.
