How warm is your setup? heat stress can also cause wavy upward pointing leaves. Good Luck!

Too me, them white spots that's PH/Nitrogen build up/nute lockout. Your plants are missing a key nute, or not getting enough without more info, height/PH/PPM/watering I could just keep guessing like that. Are you using an enzyme to break down your nutes. But wit N build up you get leaf degradation, nearly destroyed my TDA, my fix is probably a bit much, as this plant was already a runt, but have a look. But the white around the edge of your leafs that's PH. the deg is from toxicity of a nute build up. Flush, strip, flush if it's soil do at least 3 to 4 flushes but going to comments made from others you have to have a ppm/ph pen. Drmeter do ok 1s for 40$. Do not get any of the 2 duo blue or yellow ones for 20$ 1-5 might work right for a couple months. Or at the very least get some PH strips. Or even get PH perfect grow and bloom nutes will only set you back 20$ at most and you'll have for many grows. And again get the micro/ enzyme.

Nitrogen toxicity, windburn or under/overwatering can all lead to the symptoms you have. Make sure your girls aren't getting battered by any fans. Allow the topsoil to go dry before watering. And maybe collect some run off and see what the PPM is and if it's too high you can lay off the feed or do a flush (not if you're doing it in living soil.) Good luck!!

pH or nute swings in substrate? different growth rates can* result form such things and can cause what you see. Bet some environmental factors might do that too? irrigation habits? if soil, still make sure entirety gets wet - no dry pockets. soilless - be religious about 10% runoff or more. Repeat when the pot getst lightweight and top layer dries a bit. a knuckle deep is generlaization for dryback... helps avoid pests, but no guarantee. if trying multiple irrigations per day -- that's a different context. better have some good preventative measures to avoid pest issues. anyway, pH test, and use an online nutrient ppm calculator to determine what you are feeding and whether it is pH problem etc... if you don't know what you give your plant, it's a wild guess as to what the problem is.... especially for a 3rd party on internet limited to looking at pictures trying to guess.
