guttation balls, collection of surgery sap like substance that form on some plants.
Did you give them any carbo load like products end of flower?
This can cause more of them to appear from my understanding.

Looks like some very resinous stuff! Could just be an abundance of trichomes more so in that one area that have essentially popped, have seen this before but the colour was amber! Just might be some very good stuff brutha! Hope this helps and happy growing! ☮️👊🔥
