i'd let this go longer before considering harvest.
let those pistils change colors, let colas/buds get denser... a 30x magnification currency checker or jewelry loupe will be useful to check color of trichomes. Those are your 3 primary keys for harvest. i wouldn't weight any one too heavily over the others. clear trichomes, despite rhetoric, is not devoid of thc, nor is cloudy peak thc. cloudy is first sign of degradtion. amber is further along in that process... because this stuff grows slowly over time, you are likely to see all 3 or at least all cloudy and some amber by the time it is done.
these things will let you pick a relaatiely consistent point per plant... you can decide if you like it early, late or somewhere between
7-8 weeks minimum... some go longer. most are 56-63 days, i'd guess..
