The plants are a bit stunted but have good girth, nice roots and no nute problems. So is it strain typical or are the lights not high enough?

I've found that 18-22 inches is the sweet spot for LED placement without stunting growth 👍

I went back to week 5 of flower yes her growth was slowed. But it was from all the training and defoliation you did to her. This is strain specific. Some strains will take to get some lst some not at all. That's just an example. Looks to be grown out of it. Good looking grow.

I would say raise the lights. I’m not sure if you reported 400Watts as the general advertised wattage on your light or the actual energy draw, but 12 inches seems a bit close. Its a different distributor (Crop King) but if you check out my first generation of grows for reference, including a Hash Plant, I gave them all light damage. Similar situation: everything was perfect but still stunted for no reason. Good luck, I’m sure it will be fine.
