I would water until you get some runoff. That coco looks super dry. Assuming this is mid week 1 but I would also start doing to cal mag and nutrients. that's fine. Anything may happens to a seedling! Just relax. Let it on low natural light, no need to 1000w Dimmable led. Also, care with excessive water and fertilizer.

.. i had others seedlings and after 4 weeks they had max 2" and died right after ...... they look like stunted seedlings

And you dont have a diary and your pic is of seedlings. Not sure what u mean by they stop growing- it takes weeks for them to grow a few inches at this stage. it speeds up later.

yeah get ya Ph a bit higher-5.8-6 and make sure your light is on like 20% no more- and agree with cal mag- and very very weak nutes in a few days time. And give them time.

5.8 is all the lower you want your ph. Coco needs to stay wet always with right ph. Going in and right ph coming out the bottom. They are seedlings and roots are getting acclimated. Should be feeding very very light dose of nutrition. Also include a cal mag . Coco is notorious for absorbing cal-mag
