You can tell she is not drinking( stems bend down ). I would say your water level was to high. You want your rockwool to stay as dry as possible when running dwc. It can absorb to much water and choke out the main taproot, which is why I place the seed directly in clay pebbles and have my water level even with the bottom of the net pot. You should be keeping your water level 3-4" below the lowest point the rock wool goes. As for a fix. I would keep the water level just below the net pot. Saturate the rockwood with hydrogen peroxide(3%). Not only will it kill the rot, But it should also help oxygenate the roots as it breaks down( H2O2 = H2O + O ). Then if you can put a small fan lightly blowing over the top of the rockwool to dry it out. Good luck.

It's called deep water, not shallow. I go about an inch or two under the net pot. The volume seems to help with ph swings. From this angle it looks like your solution🌡️

@Roberts, The water level barely touches the white basket, I add hydrogen peroxide every time I change the tank solution and my air pump always runs at maximum power. My previous grow worked under the same conditions with two different strains and I never had a problem with root aeration, they always grew well :(

The solution in my tank was being consumed more and more, as I noticed the difference in the tank level from one day to the next. Now, it's been 5 days since the tank level hasn't dropped! The plant looks very droopy, lacking the strength to lift its leaves and is becoming more and more discolored. Plus, I haven't noticed any new growth during this time. The only logical reason I can think of is that my roots might be rotten, but this also seems strange to me since I used mycorrhizae and trichoderma before this and always kept the reservoir clean, changing its solution every 7 days.

How high is your water level. It should only be on root ends you should be running about a quarter of a bucket of solution. It looks like overwatering because roots can not breath. Can add 3 percent hydrogen peroxide at 2 to 3 ml a gallon. Once every 3 to 4 days as well to provide extra air. I think your water level is way too high.
