No deficiency, but definitely nitrogen toxicity from feeding too much and/or too often. Half strength fertilizers for photoperiod plants of that size is plenty strong enough. Just give plain water for the next 10-12 days before resuming with half strength nutrients. No need to flush, this will just release even more nutrient salts from the substrate and increase your problems. Just give plain water, in normal amounts and at normal intervals, so that the plant uses up what is already in the substrate before adding any more/new nutrients into the pot. Have you checked the ph of the run off?? Water with just ph water check the ph levels if your pH is out your plants will go into nutrient lock out better to check early on when deficiencies start showing 💚🙏💚🙏

I'm a not the best at solving problems but my advice with the Lil experience I have is looks like there's a Deficiency. Now that's just my guess but have a more experienced grower confirm what I'm saying, otherwise they look beautiful and you been doing pretty good so far. Happy growing champ 🏆
