It can handle as much or as little depending on par value. Light distance, wavelength, etc.
I have that same light as you. Go 24 inches above and start at 25% and up it to 50 after 2 weeks

Stem damage? Or just dried husk stuck on stem?Does the husk or material on plant 2 look like it is damage on the stem to you or is it just dried seed husk stuck there? I tried to be as careful as I could removing the seed shell that was still partially closed over the leaves that were fighting to open.

WHY?ANY REASON WHY? After sprouted i has put them in front of the window and then when has two leaves directly under the lamp. Lamp was not too close so i dont know whats happend. I did something wrong for sure but i need to understand why. I need to learn more guys. Best wishes

Seed not emerging from soil :(Pre-germed a seed and placed it about 2cm deep into Canna Terra Professional Plus soil, approximately 12inchs below a 240W HPS light. Watering around 0.1 liters a day. Help with seedlings falling over and dying :/Could someone please look at my two seedlings and tell my why they are falling over? I planted four golden goat seeds, which all sprouted.
