It can handle as much or as little depending on par value. Light distance, wavelength, etc. I have that same light as you. Go 24 inches above and start at 25% and up it to 50 after 2 weeks

Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout? I lightly water the medium.Germinated autos by paper towel method, & put them in soil 2 days ago. The still haven't sprouted out of the soil. How long should I wait? Seedling stopped growing?I have 2 seeds of the same strain. One of the seeds appears to have stopped growing. The shells were stuck on both plants for a few days before I removed them. One of them is growing just fine:s What could be going on here? They are under the exact same conditions.
