It can handle as much or as little depending on par value. Light distance, wavelength, etc.
I have that same light as you. Go 24 inches above and start at 25% and up it to 50 after 2 weeks

Seedlings died, does anyone know why??Hello does anyone know why my seedling died. It looks dried up and dead. I germinated in a paper towel until 1/2 of root came out then planted in 65%FFHF 20% perilite and 15%wormcastings. I misted the top once a day when it appeared dry. Stem damage? Or just dried husk stuck on stem?Does the husk or material on plant 2 look like it is damage on the stem to you or is it just dried seed husk stuck there?
