Receive some clones that are suffering from nutrient deficiency what should I do ? Heavily yellowing throughout

I strongly suggest you start from scratch with these if you're going to attempt to save them. I saw that you received them in this condition so you don't really know what caused this deficiency. Get new cubes(Rockwool), clone powder or gel and gently remove the old cubes as to not damage any root growth (if any), re dip the cuttings if you don't see growth or hardly any growth then replant in your new wool cubes. I recommend you don't soak the cubes either as they hold a lot of water and will easily drown young plants. Start off with minimal nutrients, mainly root inhibitors only and crank your rH up. I’d be feeding them if you’re not. I have recovered TERRIBLE looking clones. Worse than these, as long as they’ve rooted you can usually nurse em back. Especially if they are something special

ma hanno radicato? ci sono le radici che escono dal rockwoll? la cosa che devi fare è nutrirle se hanno delle belle radici(lo spero per te) e dargli luce se non hanno radicato bene penso che ne perderai parecchie anche perche cosi gialle non hanno la forza di fare radici togli il numero di telefono dalla foto ;)

Looks like the ph is not right in the cubes causing the plant clippings to consume themselves to try rooting. Light may be too bright as well. Not a lot of information to go off of to say for sure. I think it's the ph though.
