Two shot glasses of water next to the plant is nowhere near enough water and is a futile growing method. Try watering the entire pot until there is water coming out the bottom of the pot, so that the entire volume of soil is moist. Your plant could already have a 2-4 inch tap root, which means 2 shot glasses of water will in no way be enough to get down that deep. Take a look at my diary "cannabis conundrums" to see the root system exposed from a 3 week old seedling and this may give you an idea as to why deep watering is essential. At this time, your seedling is surely seeking moisture desperately, as indicated by the unhappy leaves. Think what happens in nature, rain falls and wets all of the ground, it doesn't just land a few drops next to the main stem of plants. This is how plants have evolved to function. Having that much dry soil surrounding your seedling will prevent root expansion and make nutrients unavailable due to nutrients being water soluble. Also, the soil, if it dries out too much, will lead to the soil microbiological dying, further reducing nutrient availability. After giving your plant a good drink, she should look and become a lot happier. In future and after the soil has been fully moisten, try not to water again until the top inch or so has dried out, then deep water again and then wait once more until the top inch has dried out again. This should become your watering guideline. Watering until water runs out of the pot also helps prevent any build up of mineral salts that come in via nutrient solutions, from building up to excessive amounts. Try and aim for an evenly moist pot, not too wet and not too dry. You will have to experiment a bit until you find the "Goldilocks" zone, but once you do find it, maintaining it will become second nature to you.
Hope this helps,,,....

Please let me know if this does not improve your plants health, although I am sure it will, and I will try and find another solution for you. Cheers.
