Unbelievable germination, 2 close plants, risk of root damage, lack of space when growing...

😮Hi, introducing the seeds in the rock-wood cubes, one escaped and felt inside the clay. I did not find it... BUT!!, it germinated and now reached out through a small hole of the top tap. Do I let them close? Should I take the risk to lift the tap and move it, change the place?

At this point, I'd give it a try ! They look robust... Best case scenario, you end up with 1 more seedling ! And it's early enough to start over if you fail...

So as I understand this, you've now got two plants growing in the same area/pot... correct? Sadly, you're going to eventually get it down to only one plant (the largest) but I would NOT try to lift the other one out and transplant it - you're more likely to screw up both of them to the point where neither one is viable. If the cotyledon is showing on the smaller, newer growth, you can take some scissors or a very sharp knife and CAREFULLY snip the stem just under the cotyledon off thus killing off that plant/seed... you can also wait a week or two when the stems have grown more and there's less chance of cutting something you don't want to cut (like the stem of the larger plant). But you're going to HAVE to kill off that smaller growth - two plants in the same pot are a recipe for disaster. Good luck...

Puedes intentar sacarlo pero seria un estres muy grande para una automatica. Si logras salvar tu planta puedes probar en seguir tu grow. Pero no seran los mejores resultados. O tal vez si. Es tu decision.

Tbh. Your risking killing it. Unless you can be certain your can take the whole thing out and then plant to where its meant to be. That, and its an auto. So, shock at any stage is not good. And this would be a shit loada shock.. If you can get away with it growing up through that. The roots should reach down into the tank. As I said. If you can get away with getting it thru that whole then just leave it. But, a transplant shock at this stage. Hmmmm.. If you have another seed. Just use a new 1. And snip tat. As they very early So, even if you do plant a new 1 you'll be able to keep them on the same feed Autos really shouldn't be done in the same tank.. as 1 might flip 2 wks before the other. But hopefully won't be the case for you. I've given few options and I'm sure more will weigh in. It's up to you now. Good luck
