Hey guys question for the guru's here! So I'm wondering if its to late to top my Photoperiod plants?? I'm going to switch them to Flowering soon here just wanted to know...thanks! (please see pictures they are on the left and right)

Hello. Yes, only top in veg and wait for them to heal. I also think LST would work good too. You can always use Supper Cropping on any taller branches after the stretch. You can buy them made from plastic or make your own. I prefer to use copper, hay wire rusts. I made some and put it in my SAL diary if you want to see. Good Luck Chuck.

thing about topping now is you'll need to wait for them to "recover" so that it does anything useful for you. Does that make sense? so you can top now but leave them 10 days to 3 weeks to recover so it "helps" . hope this helps ! 🚀

If your not on 12/12 yet then yes. But looking at your plants I would be tempted to Lst them instead. You would have been topping earlier really.

Top or lst and when Should i top her and if yes, when? She is a fotoperiod but a very fast one, and she is probably ready to harvest around the beginning of September. She is about 3,5 weeks old now so she doesn't have that much time to grow I think. Same for my other plant, that us an auto.or lst?

Top and then FIM auto?I topped this ILGM skunk auto on Day 12 and she’s tolerated it well. Today is Day 14. I want to go all-in and now Fim the new growth. risky, but I’m going for it. I’d love to hear from anyone who has tried this. Should I fim new growth on both sides vs just one? Thx!

When to start 12/12 Hi people. My plants are on vegetation day 26 and are 8 inches tall. My tent setup can give them room for 15 more inches for a total of 23 inches height from soil to top. So, when do you think I should start 12/12 to maximize the plants height and yield? Thanks.

Topping When should I start my 1st topping? I have 2 plants both have 5 nodes with the next set of leaves growing. I was thinking of waiting until the stem grows to about 1cm and then cut 0.5cm above the 5th node. This is my 1st time growing please help.

Conjoined top leaves! 1st node top?Is it possible to top a seedling above the 1st node? Obviously not best practice, but this Phantom OG has a weird conjoined twin leave at the top and not another node. after the first one. The sprout was all good but now top of this one is def not right.

Topping very bushy plants with low node distance This plant is very bushy already in this stage, is this normal? I wanted to top them and ask about the timing, if its right or not, but it's getting hard to count the nodes and take photos , because there is so much in the way. Happy growing!
