I only have access to tap water ppm 280, will it be suitable for irrigation with BIOCANNA organic fertilizers? It tastes harsher than 60 ppm drinking water and ppm1 distilled water.

Should be fine, try and find a water report from your township to determine the mineral content of it.
Will help you gauge if a lot or a little PH down will be needed and if you need more or less Ca and or Mg.
I only use tap water and never have had issues.

Temp in tent its between 24.5-28 Celsius humidity 50-60
