i flipped these plants to 12/12 3 days ago after 6weeks of being on 18/6. i am trying to figure out if they are still in the vegetative stage and have to go into flower or are they all male plants. Can’t wait to here from other more experienced growers.

Still in veg, flowering starts anywhere from 7-21 days after the flip.
If you go to week 7 in my diary "cannabis conundrums", I have posted pictures of male and female pre flowers. These pictures may help you to know what to look out for once your plants start flowering.

It could take 2-3 weeks before you actually start seeing signs of flower, look for stretching as a first sign, the pistol hairs will come shortly after, but as per sign of flip they definitely aren't immediate.
